Hannah G. Photography Blog bio picture

Hello!

Somehow you've managed to find my little corner of the internet, and I'm quite flattered. I'd love for you to stay awhile, take a look around, and maybe even say hello.

I'm simple. I look at my world differently than most, and I try to bring that perspective to my photography. I try to capture life's moments with a soft, fresh take.

My love for photography came from my love of light. A warm summer evening and a sunset, that's all I need to be in my element. I knew early on in high school that my dream career would be to own my own business. By combining my love for photography and business I was able to build my dream. I've been going strong since 2009 and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

But I'm not all business! I'd love for you to get to know the real me! A year ago I married my high school sweetheart, Josh. He's my everything. We currently live in Clovis, CA...but that's all about to change. In a few short months the Army will be moving us to Alaska! I'm nervous and excited all in one. It's going to be gorgeous...and cold. I'm so excited to bring my business to a whole new state.

So that's a little bit about me, but I'd love to learn more about you! Say hello, I'd love to chat about business, photography, or just life in general...

Summer Sun

Blog friends, I believe you know Macie. Remember her Senior session with her gorgeous horse? Yeah, well she’s back to deliver some more fabulous images. We took advantage of the beautiful Summer sunset and had a “just for fun” session. We found sunflowers (aka weeds) and proceeded to march through dirt and thorns. But can you...

I love simplicity. And fresh starts.

Becoming engaged has made me really think about my business priorities. What do I want to shoot? How do I want to shoot it? How do I really want to run my business? So many questions! The conclusion I came to is this… I want to be true to myself as a photographer, as a woman,...

Yesterday I had a huge to-do list. I walked down the stairs to start it, and decided I would rather eat strawberries instead. So I did.
